Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to support our hospitality properties in Pagosa Springs, CO. You will perform maintenance tasks to ensure each unit and building are in excellent working order, while delivering guest-focused service.

The role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently, with a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude. Typical hours are 2-10:30 pm, Sunday through Thursday, with weekends off, and temp/seasonal status may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills required.
• Ability to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed and inspect building systems.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry as needed.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and collect trash.
• Report deficiencies on building systems to supervisor and adhere to safety programs.
