Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure every unit and building is in perfect working order. You’ll apply your HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills to deliver quality results for guests and maintain facilities.

The role includes a schedule of 3 days 10am - 6:30pm and 2 days 2pm - 10:30pm, with a focus on safety and preventative maintenance. We offer a range of health and welfare benefits for associates working 30+ hours, plus options like 401k with employer match and paid

Qualifications

• Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Plumbing maintenance: pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs with soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Complete preventative maintenance on all systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Apply maintenance knowledge to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Complete repairs on interior walls, patching drywall and painting.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
