Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform general facility maintenance and repairs to ensure every unit and building is in optimum condition.

You’ll handle tasks from painting and appliance repair to minor electrical and carpentry, while also taking care of landscaping and reporting any building system deficiencies. You’ll join a supportive team with a focus on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction, earning benefits after 30 hours and a starting hourly rate that reflects

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Respond to service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Work on make-ready units and replace/general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and inspect building systems for deficiencies.
