Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure every unit and building is in perfectly working order, delivering quality results for our guests through maintenance skills and customer service.

You will perform general facility maintenance, respond to service requests, handle make-ready units, and uphold safety programs across the property in Saint George, Utah. This role offers a path for growth within our vacation ownership and travel membership portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape; trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies, adhering to safety programs.
