Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to commit to the Battle Creek area for 2 years.
• Selection process includes a mechanical skill assessment and a panel interview.
• Pre-Qualify (REQUIRED PRIOR TO POSTING) see HRBP/Associate Relations for details.
• Pass Mechanical Assessment is required.
• Selection based on Combined score + (1) Same Shift, (2) All Shifts.
• Complete all foundation courses and process skill requirements to be promoted to a Level II Lead Associate.

Responsibilities

• Common responsibilities: perform routine process operations with high efficiency; conduct quality checks; support preventive maintenance and fault recovery; teach others using D-JI methods.
• Process skill responsibilities: complex changes, fault recovery, deep process knowledge including machine operation and troubleshooting.
