Job summary

Lydech in Yadkinville, NC is seeking a maintenance technician to keep production running safely and efficiently by ensuring machinery and equipment operate reliably. Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or certifications in maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance).
• Proven root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills in a high-pressure environment.
• 3-5 years of work experience required.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and CMMS are a must.

• Comprehensive knowledge of TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance).
• Must demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and possess excellent trouble shooting skills in high pressure environment.
• 3-5 years of work experience is required as a minimum
