Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a production technician to ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment, perform changeovers, set-up equipment, clean and sanitize, and assist in repairs.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with starting pay of $24.59 per hour plus a $0.95 shift differential. This role requires meeting safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (Batch Filling/Bottle Capping/Bottle Labeling preferred).
• Able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull over 1000 pounds with a hand truck.
• Must speak and write English; basic math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety regulations and perform quality audits/inspections.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and cGMP compliance.
• Perform line changeovers and set up equipment; cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records and OEE tracker.
• Identify product/components with BOM and resolve equipment issues.
• Escalate safety or downtime concerns to leads/managers.
• Assist in maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Support continuous improvement to improve line efficiency.
