Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Process Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production and strict quality control. You will resolve issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions in a fast-paced environment.

Starting hourly rate is $29.96 with a 12‑hour shift and a 2‑2‑3 schedule. The role includes comprehensive compensation and benefits, and uses forklift operations, railcar

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Manufacturing/distribution environment, preferably Food/Beverage.
• Knowledge of 5S and WCM processes.
• Self-motivated with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of PID (Piping & Instrumentation Drawings).
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure safe production.
• Follow quality control procedures to maintain product quality.
• Resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Set up and operate process equipment and monitor controls for multiple processes.
• Perform rail car unloading and bulk tanker activities per DOT/HazMat procedures.
• Complete logs and reports for process department.
• Ensure safety systems are operational and area security is maintained.
