Job summary

The Clorox Company in Morrisville, NC is hiring a production operator to ensure safe operation and setup of equipment on a Monday–Friday schedule. Starting pay is $24.59 per hour, with duties including cleaning, sanitation, cGMP adherence, line changeovers, and routine maintenance to keep lines running efficiently.

Responsibilities include quality audits, paper work accuracy, equipment troubleshooting, and possible training of colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as filling, capping, labeling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads with a cart.
• Basic math and reading comprehension; good English communication.
• Mechanical aptitude and analytical reasoning demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Safety regulations and complete required paperwork.
• Perform changeovers and set up equipment; clean and sanitize.
• Maintain cGMP and complete maintenance records.
• Use BOM to identify products and components for production orders.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues and report downtime.
• Train production associates as needed and participate in improvement teams.
• Communicate issues to leadership and maintain teamwork.
