Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate packaging equipment onsite in a 12+ hour shift, with a Thursday–Saturday schedule and a pay rate of $26.54 per hour. The role emphasizes safe operation, equipment changeovers, quality inspections, and detailed production records to support safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment; follow SOPs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate packaging equipment according to procedures and work instructions.
• Perform CIL and Centerlining tasks to maintain equipment performance.
• Complete equipment setups and product changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout production.
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to safety, quality, reliability, and productivity through continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
