Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in daily activities and monitoring under the supervision of the charge nurse. This PM shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM offers 40 hours weekly with every-other weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, assisting with ADLs, taking vital signs, documenting accurately, and ensuring resident safety and comfort while complying with policies and reporting

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of experience accepted.
• One or more years of related long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and address resident needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including toileting, transferring, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, and other health measurements.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Follow facility policies and mandatory reporting guidelines regarding allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
