Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide warm, resident-centered care in a home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily activities, document care, report changes to staff, and engage them in meaningful activities while offering emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
