Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Care Assistant to join our long-term care team. You will work under RNs and LPNs to provide essential daily care, mobility support, and personal assistance to residents in a LTC setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, an active CNA/LNA credential in good standing, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience, with reliability in employment history.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA/LNA certification in good standing required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year CNA/LNA experience in LTC or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting) per care plans.
• Safely assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility needs.
• Support dining and nutrition: deliver meals, assist with feeding and hydration, document intake.
