Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Putnam Farms team in Danvers, MA. This full-time evening position offers shifts from 3pm to 11pm with an hourly rate of $35-$39.

You will deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like community and collaborate with a dedicated team. Requirements include an active LPN license (or RN), CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably with the elderly.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status accurately.
• Observe changes in health and report to care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Prevent elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation and report appropriately.
• Respond to emergencies and utilize the emergency response system.
