The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is seeking an experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor for the part-time 3pm-11pm shift. You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, oversee daily operations, and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen
- Current NYLPN license required.
- Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.
Aufgaben
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and workflow to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and educate nurses and nursing assistants.
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
- Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate clinical interventions.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and hospital transfers as needed.
