Job summary

Anamosa Care Center on Campbell Street is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday. You will provide direct routine care under RN supervision, adhering to BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights.

You’ll participate in developing and updating the resident Plan of Care, perform delegated nursing tasks, monitor health data, and communicate changes to the RN. Excellent teamwork and compliance with safety and HIPAA are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• CPR certification and familiarity with standard nursing procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work within BON guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify the resident Plan of Care under RN supervision.
• Assess resident health data and report changes to the RN.
• Coordinate nursing tasks with unlicensed staff and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.
