Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care for residents in our Highlands Ranch neighborhood. You will document findings, update care plans, and work with the RN to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires a Colorado nursing license, CPR, and 1 year of experience in assisted living or long-term care. Onsite shifts include evenings with a rotating schedule, plus orientation week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Licensed by Colorado as LPN/LVN.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach to meet physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical condition; document findings in the EMR; notify provider/RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in care and service needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
