Job summary

Covenant Living of the Great Lakes in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking LPNs/LVNs for part-time evening shifts (6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.). You will provide direct resident care and monitor staff performance to maintain high nursing standards across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

The role includes orientation support for new staff, communicating changes to physicians, and ensuring accurate transcription of orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
• Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
• One year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff and physicians.
• Assist in admissions, orientation, and care planning.
