Freedom Village in Holland, MI is seeking an LPN or RN for a part-time position on alternating weekends (2pm-10pm) in a senior living setting. You will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise staff, and foster a compassionate, resident-centered community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Michigan LPN or RN license.
• Not licensed? Apply for our Resident Care Associate position.

Responsabilités

• Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
