Covenant Living of the Great Lakes – Grand Rapids is seeking qualified LPNs/LVNs to support care in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care areas. This PRN/part-time role requires directing daily nursing tasks, monitoring performance, and direct resident care to maintain high standards of care.

Candidates should have an approved LPN/LVN program graduate status and a current state license. Job offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff and competitive pay.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
• Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
• One year nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in directing and monitoring the work of nursing assistants on the unit, ensuring high standards of care.
• Provide direct patient care including procedures such as catheter placement, dressings, and other treatments.
• Observe residents’ health and communicate significant changes to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
• Participate in shift reports to ensure proper resident information is communicated.
• Assist in admission/orientation and ensure orders are transcribed and communicated as required.
