Job summary

Beach House in Naples, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a part-time, on-site night shift (Monday and Tuesday, 7p-7a). The LPN will supervise RCAs and MTs, coordinate resident care, and administer medications within a compassionate, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Must be licensed nurse in state where you work.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates work assignments to assure effective shift coverage; coordinates care on his/her shift.
• Participates in and supervises the delivery of personal care to residents.
• Administers medications according to physician order on MAR.
• Documents medications administered on the MAR and maintains resident charts.
• Transcribes physician orders, reviews MARs for accuracy, and notifies pharmacy of changes.
