Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our assisted living team on full-time evening shifts. You will administer medications, participate in admissions assessments, and develop care and service plans for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in New Mexico, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of senior care experience, with strong teamwork, communication, and basic computer skills.

Formación

• LPN license current in NM; CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of experience in senior care or related field.
• Proficient in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• Training from an accredited licensed practical nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications following regulations and guidelines.
• Assist with admission assessments and complete service plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation and track patient care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate health changes to physicians/family.
• Provide health education to residents and staff and coordinate with departments.
