Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team and support clinical services, including resident medication management and service planning.

You will supervise nursing staff, verify medications and orders, participate in regular resident assessments, and provide direct care during health emergencies, with on-call rotation and weekend shifts as needed. This role helps deliver compassionate care in a supportive, home-like environment.

Formación

• Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as required by state.
• Prefer: 1 year of prior relevant experience
• Prefer: supervisory experience, preferably in senior living

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care
• Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and orders
• Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as needed
• Assisting with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
• Providing direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or during on-call rotation
• Relaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
