Job summary

The Woodmark at Uptown in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for assisted living. You will provide licensed nursing services, administer medications, and support residents with compassionate, team-based care in a vibrant community.

Qualifications include an active LPN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of senior-care experience. Evening shifts are available; benefits and DailyPay are offered.

Qualifications

Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the state of practice.
CPR certification required.
1+ year experience in senior care or related field.
English proficiency to perform duties and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents in accordance with federal/state regulations and company guidelines.
Assist with admissions assessments and documentation as needed.
Develop and implement care/service plans for residents.
Coordinate with the healthcare team and respond to emergencies promptly.
Communicate changes in residents' health to physicians and families.
