Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the ambulatory care team. You will provide patient care per standards, administer medications, and collaborate with providers, RNs, and medical assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.

The role requires an NM LPN license, BLS, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment. On-site duties with day shift are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse - NM license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide patient care in ambulatory setting in collaboration with care team.
• Support providers by preparing patients for visits and maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Assist with procedures and patient education as appropriate.
• Document in electronic medical record.
