Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center in Williamsburg, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care and support for adults with substance use disorders. The role emphasizes patient safety, collaborative care, and compassionate service in a behavioral health setting.

This full-time position offers evening shifts (3p-11p), a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates are welcome; commuting from State College is expected for some shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• One or more years of nursing experience in the relevant clinical area preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care per plan of care.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to changes with urgency.
• Collaborate to meet biopsychosocial and cultural needs of patients.
• Deliver medications safely following physician orders and policies.
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
