Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license required.
• CPR and de-escalation/training required.
• First aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care.
• Ensure patient safety and respond with urgency.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient needs.
• Administer medications per orders.
• Document patient progress and symptoms.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain professional nursing standards.
