Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care within scope.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
• Administer medications per physician orders and safety policies.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and staff to meet patient needs.
