Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health in Williamsburg, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the evening shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm). Full-time role with a $20k sign-on bonus.

The facility provides detox, residential rehab, and outpatient programs for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment or be eligible to practice nursing.
• One year of nursing experience; prior psychiatric/behavioral or substance use nursing is a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Provide nursing care within established standards and facility policies.
• Ensure physician orders are legible and transcribed properly.
• Assess patient status continuously and document pertinent information.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in status or emergencies.
• Complete admission and discharge processing accurately.
• Demonstrate therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
