Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health in Williamsburg, PA is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in our substance use and co‑occurring mental health program. Open to LPNs in Bedford, PA and able to commute/work in Williamsburg.

Full-time evening shift 3pm-11pm with a $20k sign-on bonus. New grads welcome; part-time and PRN options available. Active LPN/LVN license and CPR required; patient safety and compassionate care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN scope.
• Ensure patient safety and provide compassionate, professional care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Document patient status and progress accurately.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy and orders.
