Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health, located in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for a full-time evening shift (3p-11p). A sign-on bonus of approximately $20k is offered.

We provide nursing care for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns in a supportive setting within the Altoona metro area. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, administering basic care, maintaining safety, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of the service preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care within LPN/LVN scope.
• Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation of symptoms and progress.
• Collaborate with team to meet patient biopsychosocial needs and address concerns.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility policies.
• Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
