Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in PA.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans; administer nursing care as an LPN.
• Evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of care.
• Follow federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies in a SNF setting.
