Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a 44-bed skilled nursing facility in Scranton, PA. The role focuses on assessing residents, developing individualized plans, and delivering high-quality nursing care with a supportive team environment.

You will supervise nursing assistants, follow federal and state guidelines, and contribute to a culture of dignity and comfort for residents. Full-time shifts run 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with a $32/hour wage and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN license in the state you work in.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of care.
