The position offers Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with shifts 7:00a–3:00p and 3:00p–11:30p, a wage of $36.00–$40.00 per hour, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus payable quarterly.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control policies.
