Saber Health Group seeks a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing and long-term care teams. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

We offer on-site opportunities with Full-Time and Part-Time roles. Wage is $32.00–$37.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $8,000 (FT) or $4,000 (PT) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
