Saber Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll assess residents, create care plans, administer care, and supervise nursing staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible pay options, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for career growth. Shifts include day, evening, and overnight, with a starting wage of $31.00 per hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid as $750 every four months.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care; supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies to maintain high-quality care.
