Job summary

Salm Partners, LLC is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, schedule trucks, and support receiving of raw materials at our Wisconsin facilities. You will coordinate internal shuttles, maintain shipping records, and ensure compliance with safety, SQF, GMP, and USDA requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics or warehousing, forklift experience, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, MS Office, and carrier communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; coursework in logistics preferred.
• At least 3 years in logistics/shipping/warehouse operations, ideally in USDA-regulated food manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating shipments, transportation schedules, inventory transactions, or receiving activities; forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound trucks daily and coordinate shipments.
• Process records, reports, tracking, and documentation for shipments.
• Check in drivers and assist with shipping/receiving activities as needed.
• Create and maintain Sales Orders aligned with production and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate FedEx/UPS outbound shipments and intercompany shuttles between facilities.
