Job summary

You will plan and optimize shipments, tender freight to carriers, and maintain visibility for customers. This onsite role supports a 4-day schedule with shifts including days/evenings.

The position requires a detail-oriented communicator who can navigate multiple systems and build strong customer relationships while ensuring timely, accurate updates across shipping processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in Transportation/Supply Chain preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems.
• Willingness to travel and work the necessary shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load-building, securing carrier coverage and appointment setting.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Call Center and shared email box responsibilities.
• Provide visibility by tracking shipments and resolving issues.
• Recover customer loads and maintain daily logs.
• Document procedures for other shifts via phone and email.
• Participate in other projects as assigned by supervisor.
