Job summary

RiverWoods Durham is seeking a Full-Time Evening LNA in New Hampshire to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where residents are at the heart of what we do. The position is 40 hours per week with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and care procedures, document care, and follow infection control and HIPAA protocols while building strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA License
• Prior experience with senior citizens strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists residents with activities of daily living to promote health and independence.
• Assists with mobility and nursing care per the care plan (transfers, ROM, lifts, etc.).
• Builds professional relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Documents care on LNA flow sheets and data collection per the Care Plan.
• Follows infection control guidelines and HIPAA and resident rights protocols.
