Job summary

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a Full-Time Evening LNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment. This 32-hour-per-week position offers a competitive starting wage and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license.
• Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting.
• Assists with mobility and functional nursing care including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit-stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool.
• Develops professional relationships with residents, family, co-workers and supervisors.
• Assists with assessments and treatment procedures defined by policy to include TPRs, BPs, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats.
• Follows Infection Control guidelines and Standard Precautions.
• Follows care protocols including falls prevention, safety, elopement, behavior management, skin integrity and bowel/bladder management; assists with nutrition and hydration needs.
• Accepts assignment and reports changes to the nurse; maintains resident rooms and common areas.
• Understands facility protocols regarding Resident Rights, Abuse reporting, HIPAA and emergencies.
• Encourages residents to participate in social and recreational activities.
• Accurately documents level of care provided on flow sheets and data collection per Care Plan.
