Job summary

SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU). The LNA provides direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision and supports patients aged 65+ with cognitive impairment and psychiatric illness.

Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm, 24 hrs/week with every other weekend. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, Earned Time, 403b with matching, tuition reimbursement, loan payoff programs, and a sign-on bonus option.

Qualifications

• New Hampshire LNA licensure is required.
• BLS certification obtained during orientation.
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Report observations and changes to RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families.
• Document in medical record as appropriate.
