Job summary

Alderbrook Resort & Spa in Union, WA is seeking a PM Line Cook to join our award‑winning kitchen team. You will prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, soups and other menu items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, sauté burners and related equipment, highlighting locally sourced ingredients.

We expect meticulous food quality, proper portion sizes, station stock, plating to spec, and clean, sanitary workstations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial kitchen experience required.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other menu items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, sauté burners, and other kitchen equipment.
• Stock and maintain line stations with proper levels of food and ingredients to support service.
• Prep ingredients by portioning, seasoning, battering, breading, or marinating according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Follow plating guidelines and garnish dishes properly before they leave the line.
• Handle, store, and rotate all food products to maintain freshness and safety.
• Assist with prep tasks and kitchen closing duties.
