Salted in Chicago is hiring line cooks for our delivery-first concept at 2255 W Taylor St, IL 60612. Schedule: AM/PM/Weekends with part-time and full-time options. Hourly rate: $18-$23 depending on experience.

You will prepare and cook items to recipe standards, control portions and waste, and keep the kitchen clean in line with food-safety guidelines. Communicate orders to our virtual FOH team and support fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience.
• Good foundation in knife prep work and sauté.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food items consistently per recipes and portioning guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements.
• Communicate customer order information to the virtual FOH team.
