Job summary

The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium in Fort Collins, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a PM Line Cook to support quality service and consistent food preparation. You will work with the kitchen team to maintain recipes, portions, and sanitation standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience required by position is 1–2 years in a related kitchen role.
• Saute and grill experience required.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Check items against recipe cards and ensure quality presentation.
• Monitor line setup for maximum efficiency during meals.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to SOPs.
• Prepare food to standard portions following recipes.
• Rotate perishables and control temperature per SOP.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked and organized.
• Note shortages and assist in plan to correct issues.
