Job summary

First Hospitality seeks a Line Cook for The Keep Kitchen & Liquor Bar in Columbus, OH. Under supervision of the Executive Chef, you will execute prep and presentation methods to ensure Instagram-worthy dishes and uphold safety standards.

Open 2PM–11PM on second shift with opportunities for growth within a chef-driven, modern brasserie located in the historic Leveque Tower. Prior kitchen experience preferred and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistently high quality by following recipes and instructions.
• Follow all food safety standards by date marking, rotation, and proper holding temperatures.
• Initiate preparation based on anticipated needs and store all products properly.
• Operate kitchen equipment (fryers, stoves, mixers, ovens, etc.).
• Contribute as a team member and support others as they learn.
• Maintain professionalism in line with hotel brand expectations.
