Responsibilities

• Food quality and production: ensure high quality and production to standards, perform daily line checks and audits.
• Presentation: maintain outstanding presentation through use records, photos, and plate setup standards.
• Cost control: follow procurement guidelines, manage food cost, maximize revenue.
• Guest service: ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Safety: uphold food safety standards and health regulations, keep kitchen clean and safe.
• Self/workload management: communicate clearly and work efficiently, adhere to SOPs.
