Thrive Therapy in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join a small, supportive team delivering compassionate ABA services in real life. Immediate openings with competitive hourly rates.

Full-time, part-time, or contract options are available, with a flexible schedule and environment designed to help clients progress. The LBS will supervise technicians, develop individualized clinical plans, train parents, and monitor outcomes while growing within the company.

Qualifications

• License/Certification required: Behavior Specialist License.
• Relocation to Philadelphia, PA before starting.
• In-person work location with day/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Team supervision and building relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians and weekly hands-on training.
• Develop individualized clinical plans and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide parent training and ABA principle education.
• Track client progress over time and adjust plans.

LBS's role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling

$65.00 - $75.00 per hour based on experience
