Qualifications

• Six years of experience planning and conducting employee development and training.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of training or staff development experience may substitute the required experience.
• US Armed Forces military service as a commissioned officer in education and training or related codes may substitute year-for-year for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and delivery of library programs by organizing materials and setup.
• Provide library services across multiple facilities and support program facilitation.
• Assist with patron services and access to resources.
• Support afternoon and evening library services to expand access.
• Maintain library materials and records and assist with inventory.
• Document library records and program data under supervision.
• Collaborate with librarians and correctional education staff to ensure compliance with policies.
