Qualifications

• Background screening is required (Level 2) prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Processes inmate requests and grievances for general and law library services, ensuring library access for at least 25 hours weekly.
• Supervises and assigns research tasks to inmate clerks and aides; monitors activities and evaluates performance for gain time review.
• Monitors check-out/return of materials, interlibrary loan, and copier use; maintains accurate records.
• Performs photocopying, inventories supplies, and manages library resources per rules and statutes.
• Collects data, compiles reports for librarian approval, and handles invoices/charge forms.
