Qualifications

• Six years of experience planning and conducting employee development and training.
• Notes: Bachelor's degree plus two years experience or military education/training equivalent may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of library programs, materials, and setup to foster literacy and education.
• Assist with program facilitation, patron services, and daily library operations across facilities.
• Maintain library materials, records, and inventory to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Provide afternoon and evening library services to expand patron access.
• Collaborate with librarians, Correctional Education staff, and institutional personnel.
• Document program outcomes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
